GPU: RX 570 4GB Sapphire Nitro+
RAM: 2x8GB 3200Mhz CL16
MBO: Asus H610M-A D4
SSD: Samsung 980 500GB
PSU: LC 6550 v2.2

I borrowed this gpu from a friend to use it for a bit, used it for 4-5 days with no problems at all, went on a vacation and now im back.
Last night while he was testing games he was in minecraft and the screen went black (both of them) and pc practically shut down and maybe it was about to restart itself but i already shut it down by a button and turned it on again. Today i was playing for around 5 hours and when i tabbed out to play a video both screens went black but i was able to hear everything in the background and play/pause and use the controls. Im just worried that the gpu is the problem since before this i had 0 problems with a 1650 super for 8 months.

Im pretty sure the card was mining before this since the seller is still selling more and IO shield was bent and i couldnt even get it in the pc at first

I already oredred a new psu - Antec EA550G pro and it should arrive tomorrow and i really hope that my psu is simply dying because im not gonna use it anyway. Also when i run furmark the card pulls like 160w and doesnt exceed 75C, and max temps while gaming are 69C

Any help is appreciated

EDIT: Now after some further looking i think that this gpu might have a WRONG bios - screenshot
When i google the version of the bios rx 580 shows up and that might explain why when i start furmark it says that the gpu is rx 580 - screenshot

Yeah looks like another case of taxi cards not being flashed back to stock BIOS. Although instead of reflashing, you can switch your BIOS. Nitro+ RX400 and RX500 line comes with dual BIOS chip, so switching the BIOS switch to the other side that it was in should put it back to normal identification.
