Question RX 570 Screen Flicker/Crash and Wattman Error

Hello there.
I am using Asus ROG Strix RX 570 4GB OC from last 7months. But nowadays i am having issue with it. I dont exactly know it happens after the latest driver update or what, but my GPU started flickering/screen stuck and display goes black and start again in 2 secs with an error of "Default Radeon WattMan setting has been restored due to unexpected system failure"
It usually happens on a complete white background desktop screen or from changing from black background to a white ones. I never changed any settings from Adrenaline software that comes with the driver pack. all settings are on default. Kindly help me in this regard.

What is the rest of your system spec including PSU make and model?
Was the RX570 new or used when purchased?
When did you last update drivers for the GPU?

System Specs are:
Xeon E3-1245-v3
RAM: 8GB
128 Samsung SSD
1TB WD HDD
Asus ROG Strix RX 570 4GB OC
PSU: LEPA 500watts

I purchased RX570 from my friend 7 months back and it was running fine.
A couple of days back two updates came one after other and updated accordingly. Now i am running Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.11.1. Kindly help me with this. All games works perfectly as they worked before. This error only occurs when i am browsing or just surfing around the PC. I still play games for 2 3 hrs, during games it does not give any error.
