[SOLVED] rx 570 with artifacts, sometimes

My RX 570 4GB PowerColor show artifacts and freezes the screen randomly sometimes idle or in game, like +-2 times in a month, and is perfectly working for gaming, it has been this way since i buy the card 2 years ago, what can it be? should i worry about it?
Using AMD Adrenalin 21.6.2 driver

Setup is Biostar A320MH Pro | 2x 4GB Crucial CT4G4DFS824A @2667Mhz | AMD Ryzen 5 1600 | PowerColor RX 570 4GB OC | HDD Seagate 1TB | PSU Corsair CX450
and i don't think this is relevant, but the mobo has some glue that I acidentally spilled

Unfortunately, unless there are driver issues, artifacting is frequently failing VRAM. There's not much to be done in that case.

yes, i use MSI Afterburner t control fans RPM because the amd software fan control doesn't work

No, because that's not really an option.

Get rid of afterburner and control your card from the and software.
Back the memory clocks off by 50 to 70 mix it won't impact performance
in any noticeable way.
