[SOLVED] RX 5700 XT

Hello...I bought today the RX 5700 XT and when i put the HDMI cable in Monitor and GPU it says...Cannot display...Change resolution at 1900x1280@60HZ...Plus i get that message all the time and i cant do shiet with screen like that...When i plug my old GPU it works just fine...Any idea what is going on or how to fix it?

My set up its

MotherBoard: ASUSTEK ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

CPU: AMD RYZEN 2700X

RAM: 2X8GB AT 2933 MHZ

PSU: CORSAIR 650W

Maybe a defect graphics card, you could try returning it and get a new one, I was gonna ask about how many watts your PSU was and that that might be the problem but 650 should be good enough.
