Question RX 580 2048 sp : No output and no power led after rebuilding system, what do?

Hiii!!
So recently I've been having weird problems with my pc: After a few minutes into the game my system would freeze on one frame and not react to any input and it would usually play the last few sounds in a loop. The crash would not show up in windows event viewer, just the message about hard restarting the pc. I decided to clean the pc, check the pins on the socket (found a few pieces of dust in between the contacts), reseat the ram etc. After all that, I had no display and the GPU would only show red light if I didn't plug the pci-e power cable and no light if I plugged it (it usually showed the white light when working). Fans on the GPU are spinning, hdd light is blinking when starting the pc, every power cable is connected and properly seated.
Pc specs:
Mobo: gigabyte b365m h
Cpu: i5 9400f
Ram: 8x2 gb ddr4
PSU: Aigo warrior AK 500
Storage: 2.5" 500 gb notebook hdd
P.S. I know that the psu and hdd are pure garbage, but I do not have ANY money to replace anything rn, maybe 20$ to buy a test GPU, but I hope I won't need that.

psu clearly is an issue that needs to be fixed, but I just tried running the pc with another mobo and my old fx 8300 cpu, and it ran completely fine while consuming even more power than the previous setup. I would play like that, but I really don't want to be stuck with a 15 years old hardware.
