Question RX 580 4-way crossfire

I have 4 GPUS (RX 580)
I am using them on PCI-E x1 slots because we all know that PCI-E bandwidth does not matter for mining, but it came to my head that I want to use them for gaming for sometime so it is clear that PCI-E 2.0 x1 is in no way capable of doing this so I need something to split my current PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot to 4 slots of PCIE 3.0 x4, is there anything I can use for that matter?

You cannot physically split the PCIE slot.
Either way, if you go even with motherboard with many PCIE slots, your cpu will limit your at the lanes, for instance my Xeon E3-1225v3 has 16 lanes + 8 that provides the PCH (aka chipset of my motherboard Z97), soo in total i have 24.

Why I couldn't split x16 slot physically?

I have seen many stuff for that matter which can split x16, but they are not exactly what I want.

The second one seems good but I think some of bandwidth will be lost in these long tiny weak cables and it split 2.0 x1 while I need to split (3.0 x16) to (4 slots of 3.0 x4 elctrically x16 physically)
