rx 580 8gb vs 1060 6gb

Both are on sale on neweggcanada and they are exatly the same price ( -10 for the rx580 mail in rebate)
Which should I get?
For info its a powercolor vs a zotac

r3 1200 @ 3.8mhz
2x4gb ddr4 3000mhz @ 2933mhz
msi provdh b350 mobo
650w thermaltake smart series 80+ bronze
Currently Using a ti boost 650 from EVGA

I play 1080p gaming fornite and Dota2, I dont usuly try new games.

Are these card overkill? should I dial down ? I dont usuly upgrade often ...
I just upgraded everything a month ago from an 2011 build!

Either would do nicely now and a few years into the future for you. You never know, you might like another game that requires more horsepower.
