So i have a sapphire RX 580 8gb and it wont use 100% utilisation on many demanding games, one recently i have had this issue with is Cyberpunk 2077. I am pretty sure its not my cpu as i have a ryzen 5 1600x, and that is within recommended requirements, I also have 16gb 3000mhz ram, 500w Evga bronze, kingston A400 960gb (which cyberpunk is on), asrock ab350m motherboard.
My brother has pretty much the same pc but with the ryzen 5 2600 and 3200mhz ram but he gets much better fps at 40-50fps constantly when i get 30fps in the city and 40 in open areas. No matter what graphics settings i put: ultra, low, 720p,1080p they all give the same performance at 28fps for ultra and 35fps for low.
My gpu only gives around 60-80% when my cpu has 30-40%. So im pretty sure its not a bottleneck for the cpu and i have no idea what it could be, maybe powersupply or motherboard have some effect?
