Question Rx 580 and PCIe

i just bought a 2nd hand GPU, Rx 580... 8gb.
furmark score is 4950 and 5000.
two tries ...

it seems my motherboard is PCIe gen 2
(asus h81 plus)

my problem is the gpu temp is 75°C
and GPU usage is 100%
but running at 1125 MHZ

does that mean if i transfer this gpu to another motherboard with PCiE gen 3 and it run at max 1400 MHZ -ish, the temperature ganna go higher?


if so, should i return this GpU? i have 48h test time

currently GPU clock is at 1125... but i saw its 1400 in Xfx website... is that relevant to PCIE or not?

Im also gonna upgrade in future to rx 580 and have x16 2.0 prebuild mobo, idk if pcie 2nd gen bottlenecks this card tho.
As i searched on google rx 580 avg temps on full load are between 70-80 degrees.
Idk what you shoud do, maybe wait for mods to reply maybe they have better answer

i wish i could get an answer for , why this GPU is only at 1125 mhz and not full one...

another strange thing:
i stress test it for 2 hour and temp is 75c. later i found out i forgot to open doorway on back and when i did that it drop down to 72..
i just installed Control game and Shadow of TR.... it gives me BSoD with error Amdkmdag.sys...
i really dont know what should i do. is this hardware error?

it seems the bios is mining and i should reverse it back to gaming (for future people who may have same problem)

it seems that i was in Mining bios and i revert back to Gaming one. now its 1366 mhz. but in furmark test, GPU temp is 84© and it down clock to 1180 MHZ.... this card screw still have a Label. it means that they never changed the thermalpaste ..... what do you guys suggest?

to know why, do you know what would be the problem here? why would this card Crash in game menu screen of The-Control and SoTR (except Dota 2 which i could get 160 fps 1080p everything Max) at exact locations. but it was fine in furmark even after 2 hour?

i thought GPU is like RAM or CPU , they either Working fine or not!

p.s: in Mining bios, the card temp was around 75. while in Gaming mode , it was 89 © after 4 minutes.
