Well, the newly released GTX1650 Super performs similarly to the RX580.

The yet to be released RX5500 seems to sit right around the RX570, but with a TDP of only 75W (which means no external power required!). Not sure on pricing or availability.

The Ryzen 2600X is great @ $135
