Question RX 580 artifacts

So I've been having these weird texture glitches and artifacts on certain games like Black Ops 4, Warframe, Battlefield 5...
Temps seem to be around the 75c mark or lower depending on the game I'm playing. Card runs at its oc bios out of the two, one regular and the other oc at 1411mhz gpu and 2000mhz memory. I tried running both of the two and the results are the same.
Currently I am on the adrenalin 19.7.2 . Those artifacts happened on the other versions as well, on some more frequent and on others not so much. I tried testing the gpu with furmark and i saw no issues there after like half an hour of testing.
Build:
GPU: Sapphire RX 580 8gb Nitro+ (power limit in wattman is set at 50, theres no changes even if it is on the stock setting)
Ram: Hyperx Predator 2x4gb ddr4 3000mhz
CPU: Ryzen 1600 at 3.6ghz (runs at around 50-60c while gaming, while running a stress test i didn't go over the 78c)
Motherboard: asrock ab350m
PSU: Coolermaster masterwatt lite 600w (tried using another psu and the same problem happens in it as well)

If the issue happens with several driver versions and several power supplies, next step would be to either test the card in another system and see if issue follows the card or contact the card vendor support.

I did that yesterday by placing it in the other pc where a gtx 980 is. The same exact problems happened... The more and more it happens over the time, it makes me think that the issues are with the drivers because i tried using the drivers from a year ago and it fixed it to a certain extent.
