Welcome to the forums my friend!

What make and model PSU is it?
So after it starting having an issue, you took it to a friend and it worked fine on their system?

As an initial thought though, your PSU doesn't mean generally recommended requirements for the RX580, it can pull over 200W under loads fairly easily. If the PSU is ALSO bad quality, then that is likely the problem.

If it's from one of these: https://adr-technology.net/case-motherboard-psu.html

Then likelihood is it's a poor quality PSU.
Is your friends the exact same model? Or just the same wattage?

Remember the wattage is not the only thing to consider with PSUs. So overall:
  • Your wattage does not meet recommended specification for that GPU.
  • Your PSU is likely very poor quality and could easily cause the GPU to fault.
Being as the GPU also works fine in another system would also make me thing it is your PSU more likely.
Did you try just their PSU in your system?

I try other low quality and poor wattage PSU's (350w and 300w) and also the same problem
