Question rx 580 doesn’t work

so basically i just bough rx 580 sapphire pulse 8gb and when put it in my pc, gpu doesnt start. cpu fans and psu fans are working but gpu just doesnt start. pc worked with old gt 710 gpu, but with this one it doesnt

specs:
argus 620w
i3 9100f
asus prime h310m-r r2.0
rx 580 sapphire pulse 8 gb

ckeck your psu in other system or try with other psu
Your card is heavy and your power supply is cheap, 99% is dead

Apparently there is not enough power for your card.Find a friend and go test the card before you buy anything, make sure it works

so it was actually due to gpu. i tested it on other pc and it didn’t work. so im asking is it possible that my pc actually corrupted the gpu? maybe psu?

I don't think that particular card has been damaged, it's unlikely unless you went overclocking and killed it yourself.

Or maybe if it were bought used maybe it was bitcoin mined a lil too much or damaged during shipping. OP should give pictures of the card's condition
