CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
OS: W10 64bit
Drivers: 17.6.2 Crimson
Screen : Asus VG248QE 144hz 1080p Dual Link DVI
MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk
PSU: FSP HD600 Hydro 600W 80+
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4-2400mhz
I have flickering textures, shadows, jagged lines in every single game(GTA5, Csgo,Witcher3,DOOM,Dishonored2,Metro Redux, Bioshock Infinite, Fallout4) no matter what anti aliasing method i use. I really need fix for these it destroys my gaming experience. I can't sleep at nights.(jk)

This is the exact problem i'm having with my RX 580 i don't know if it's a driver issue. Things i tried;
Using ReShade,SMAA injectors
Trying different monitor with hdmi, display port. First i thought it was monitor issue and i tested it with Fraps,Relive i saw my problems in videos too.
Updating bios
VSR 4K with 8xmsaa
Using Radeon Software's msaa did not worked too.
Cranking up anti aliasing in games but no fix.
Still jagged edges and flickering shadows and textures. Even on my old laptop with geforce gt420m graphics i never had this issue. Not even with 2xmsaa(no jags or flickering things) but in AMD even 8x msaa/other anti aliasing methods won't help.

If your running Garry's mod and the GPU...
Sounds like you just got a bad GPU honestly.

Have you tried other GPU's on the same motherboard to see if the problem continues to happen? If not, then yes, it's highly likely you just got a bad GPU and should probably RMA it/get it replaced honestly. I'd recommend just getting another RX 580 and if the problems continue to happen then it's highly likely your motherboard is causing issues with it.

Thanks i'll try.

Please respond when you have.

Also your power supply is cheeeaaappp... Get it replaced, that could also possibly be the problem (RX 580 not recieving enough power to operate correctly)

I'd highly recommend these -

I was thinking i have a bad psu too but that happens even on games like garrys mod. That game won't even turn on my fans. No single hit to gpu. That could be because of psu too ?

If your running Garry's mod and the GPU doesn't seem to turn on at all (not even the fans, because the fans should be running by default to begin with no matter what, even if your GPU is below -1'C unless you made a custom setting for it)

Then yea. It's highly likely a PSU problem, that or you just got a defective RX 580. I'd recommend changing that power supply though before you do replace it, because that could literally be the source of your problems entirely.

If you see lines appearing across your screen and in the form of retangles, then that's a RAM problem. I've had it happen before with my computer when my RAM wasn't set correctly, and a whole bunch of corrupted like lines appeared on my screen lol. Then my computer crashed like 20 seconds later.

Solution

I don't see lines appearing across my sreen but thanks i'lll try different psu.

U fix IT?

I watched some gameplay videos with nvidia gpus maxed out anti aliasing and i accepted the fact that i was being a fucking paranoid and there was no problem. These jags and flickerings on distance is not a hardware problem it's just the way game renders it.
