I have flickering textures,shadows, jagged lines in every single game(GTA5, Csgo,Witcher3,DOOM,Dishonored2,Metro Redux, Bioshock Infinite, Fallout4) no matter what anti aliasing method i use. I really need fix for these it destroys my gaming experience. I can't sleep at nights.(jk)

This is the exact problem i'm having with my RX 580 i don't know if it's a driver issue. Things i tried;
Using ReShade,SMAA injectors
Trying different monitor with hdmi,display port. First i thought it was monitor issue and i tested it with Fraps,Relive i saw my problems in videos too.
Updating bios
VSR 4K with 8xmsaa
Using Radeon Software's msaa did not worked too.
Cranking up anti aliasing in games but no fix.
Still jagged edges and flickering shadows and textures. Even on my old laptop with geforce gt420m graphics i never had this issue. Not even with 2xmsaa(no jags or flickering things) but in AMD even 8x msaa/other anti aliasing methods won't help.
