RX 580 Over voltage

i can go all the way up 1.3500mv in Tri-XX ? Isn't 1.3500 far beyond what is allowed from the factory?

I see in other threads that stock is 1.1500mv ??
I would like some clarification on this as its making me a bit nervours pushings the limits :/

I bought the card used from a miner that ensured me that the card was flashed to the default factory state.

that is one of the threads i saw earlier.. and like they say ''1.2v (Pretty much always safe) - Can't go past this without modding. Also all RX 580's are AIB so usually decent coolers.''



And i can go all the way up to 1.3500 ??? that doesnt seem very factory default to me?
