Can you post the link /url, or website where the card is on sale ? Is that a LEGIT GPU model ?

I just confirmed this from VideoCardz/WhyCry as well, and according to them, NO, the RX 580 only comes with a DUAL-fan cooling solution.

Looks like the card is a rx 480 but the bios have been flashed with a rx 580

Okay. But are you going to buy that card ? There is always some RISK factor involved when any GPU has been flashed.

I'm not fully fully sure though, as to what kind of issues you might face, since I've never used a flashed card. I just gave heads-up !

IMO, there is always some risk when flashing as it's always possible something might go wrong and it bricks the component, its pretty small but it IS there. On high end cards usually there will be two BIOS' you can switch between, that way if something does go wrong you can switch over to the other.
