Hello i recently bought what seems to be and xfx rx 580 gts xxx edition 8gb. One of these 2->

This is a pic of the backplate and some stuff i might thought to be relevant.

First line of the backplate says rx-580p8d VB.3, making me thing its the second link of the xfxforce site.

Now what actually kinda motivated me asking for help is this.

the core voltage says 0 but why is it going right compared to power limit.
So far im not sure how to properly identify the card, considering it was used for mining i am suspicious the bios was modified and i am rather unwilling to try flashing it without knowing the exact model.

Otherwise the card seems to be performing very well but quite hot and noisy(that may be due to fan curve).

I ran a few benchmarks in unigine Heaven 4.0 on 1080 p, Ultra and AA x8.
This my shitty pc
DH67bl Intel motherboard
i5-2500k stock
2x 4gb g.skill ddr3 ripjaws
evga 750w G+ Gold rating
1x ssd and 1x hdd

Bench 1 (default "0" core voltage)Bench 2( adjusting the voltage to mirror power draw vertically ,so -50)bench 3 (default "0" core voltage)bench 4 ( adjusting the voltage to mirror power draw vertically)
Core clock1150115013661366
Memory clock2100210021002100
Max voltage1.21.1931.2681.193
Max power draw127115145 1800
Score15991601

as far as games go, dota 2 seemed a bit choppy, everything else was fine, except the heat.
So what do you guys think? i ran the each bench several times, its consistent and i didnt notice any artifacting temps were @54 to 60 degrees, lower V less heat obv. Is the bios modified, how would i even know.
Thanks in advance!

should be this one:

Besides the RAM being 2100 instead of 2000 it seems to be pretty normal.

run 3dmark basic edition , click on compare result online after that and post the address from your upcoming browser
https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5775-3dmark.html

update GPU-Z
gpuz is is updated now, benchmarks are fine, but gaming right now on this is horrible compared to what i see on youtube, keep in mind i have everything on the lowest settings possible. And yes thats the card found an extra sticker on the box.

can you post the result of a 3dmark bench to have a closer look?
like:

Do you have an example video ?

downloading 3dmark right now, will edit this in like 10-15 mins. I had at some point and unnistalled. I will run it at stock and then mirror the voltage to power and run again.

first score, for some reason the memory stayed clocked at 2100 on the online specs.

Did you try without 144Hz?

How high is the temperature of the CPU while gaming?

Is the BIOS of the motherboard up to date?
no i have not tried without it. For example im tweaking apex legends, gpu @ 60 degrees with aggressive fan curve and stock cpu is like 58 degrees. while it can reach good fps it woobles.

try without 144Hz

uninstall afterburner and other tuning tools for testing

use DDU uninstaller to remove all GPU drivers and reinstall the latest amd.com driver again

did that, nothing happened gpu z tells me stock is core 1150 and memory clock 2100, which is incorrect. should be 1366 and 2000.
what do u mean try without 144hz ? different monitor or lower to 60 hz.

also @EndEffeKt_24 i doubt its cpu or ram, previously i had/still have an rx 460 shappire and i kid you not it felt more consistent. Im just saying its unlikely however i do understand that the motherboard is old and pcie is 2.0 cpu ram is only 1333mhz.

Edit; But what really annoyed me most is the fact that the voltage on msi was so much to the right vertically from power and it said voltage was on 0, and ive read with default voltage and power it will not exceed 1.2 v and it did.

managed to flash the bios with the help of xfx support. Everything is resolved except one pesky issue on Apex Legends where this happens.

I see dots at the top and bottom of the screen horizontally when im playing, spectating or watching a youtube video of character that is missing health.
Reinstalled drivers a milion times, i give up. Performance is very good.
Ah also tested my previous card a sapphire rx 460 , different monitor, dp and hdmi connection, that was still there, i reinstalled the drivers ofc for each card.
