rx 590 nitro+ .. very low fps

hello there ...
i upgraded my gpu from gtxd 1050ti to the amd rx 590 nitro+
and still have the most bad fps in all games
bfv 40 fps to 50
witcher 3 at high 60 fps
i format my ssd .." i thought maybe it's a driver issue but still same results
my pc spec
Power Supply : Xigmatek 600W
Motherboard : Gigabyte h110m gaming 3
CPU : i5 6500 @ 3.2 Ghz
Memory RAM : 8 GB DDR4 G.Skill 2400Mhz
Video Card : Sapphire rx 590 nitro+

i added a 8 gb of ram now ... so it's 16 ram
i will test some games and give feedback .. thanks to answer
