Question RX 6500 XT ISSUE

Computer Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU: Gigabyte RX 6500 XT
PSU: Corsair CV750
RAM: 32GB TFORCE 3200MHZ
My pc keeps shutting down when gaming, and shuts down when using OCCT and usage is around 50-60% here's a screenshot of OCCT result, can you help me figure out what's wrong?

include make & model of motherboard
and if you are running the latest BIOS available.

PSU: Corsair CV750

if you have a secondary viable system at hand that requires a similar power draw to test with;

try swapping power supplies and see if this issue carries over to the secondary system
and if yours functions as it should.

if you don't have one available,
you can contact a local tech shop and have them test the system's components for you.

what make & model exactly;

include if it is a 2x 16GB kit, 4x 8GB kit,
two separate 2x 8GB kits, etc...

and have you verified that it is included in the motherboard QVL?

Tried with another working PSU, still happens.
