Question rx 6500xt PCIE 2.0

Hey, I have a big doubt about the settings I want to set up, I know the RX launch was very troubled and I wanted to know if it's better now.
I intend to get this hardware:

XEON X3470
RX6500XT
16GB RAM DDR3 1333MHZ

But my motherboard (msi h55-e33) is pcie 2.0, I wanted to know if I would lose a lot on the rx 6500 in these settings.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Best not drop that GPU into that motherboard. Among other things, your PSU might very well be inadequate for your build with an RX6500XT, anyway.

without comparing with 3.0 or 4.0, I want to know if I have a good game play games like god of war 4, warzone, with 1080p in an acceptable graphics????

RX6500XT gets basically crippled performance, when used in PCIE 3.0 mode. It's PCIE 4.0 x4 card.
With PCIE 2.0 it will be crippled even more (PCIE 2.0 has half bandwidth of PCIE 3.0).
