I have an i3 6098p , I know there will be a bottleneck but I plan to buy an i3 12100 f since I think its a good budget cpu and the power supply I dont know but it has 650W , also I know cpu needs new motherboard

It is highly recommended you reinstall Windows after a motherboard change, just too many driver/registry conflicts, that's even if it runs but if it does won't be very good. Letting you know now so you can prepare yourself, backup etc.
