Question RX 6650 XT werid noise.

Hi, I've recently bought an RX 6650 XT Sapphire Pulse and there is a static annoying sound from it.

It starts when the windows boots up.
I hear the sound even when the fans are not spinning.
Every time is the same sound, it doesn't change.
It doesn't go away even if I play a game or I'm just doing anything else.

Are the power connections secured well?

It could be coming from the power connectors that might not be making proper contact. Remove the power connectors and re-plug them, making sure to plug it in properly. (while the computer is turned off ofc)

It was either way too inaudible to say for sure though, so I'm just guessing.
