Question RX 6750 XT OR RTX 4060

so i have the rx 5500 xt and its really old now and i wanted to buy a new one planning on buying the (XFX Speedster QICK319 RX 6750 XT) but i still want to know if there is anything better for my setup.
cpu: ryzen 5 5600

motherboard:Gigabyte B550M DS3H

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Elden Ring, Cyberpunk 2077, Lies of P, Horizon, etc.).

Are you buying a monitor? No.

Parts to Upgrade: GPU.

• Current PSU: Corsair RM650 (650W).

Do you need to buy OS? No.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon.

Parts Preferences: Prefer AMD or NVIDIA

Overclocking: No.

SLI or Crossfire: No.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, 144Hz (ASUS VP249).

Your PSU should be fine for the 6750xt.. It's pretty decent.

The 6750xt is much faster at pure raster rendering. Seems to about 30% or so. However, factor in RT and DLSS and the 4060 will win out.

The 4060 is obviously newer tech. You also get Frame Gen with the 4060, which can double frame rates in games, but with added latency.

Both would be pretty strong. But, if you have the extra few quid to spare then maybe a 4060ti might be a better option.

Take a look at the B580 in the games you play. Obviously the 6750xt will crush it in raster but maybe not when XeSS2 implemented. Save some cash too. 5600

That's a good idea too. It's a pretty decent card for the money, and performs very well against both the aforementioned GPU's.

I have been thinking about getting the 4060 at the start, however people kept telling me its not worth it because of the vram and because its not that much better than the 3060 and told me to go for either the rx 7600 xt or the rx 6750 xt. now i do understand that with dlss i get better fps while rt but is it really worth it? also people told me that amd is better for my setup so im a bit lost.

Yes, these things are true to an extent.

The 6750xt is the more powerful card. The 4060 is more modern. They both have their advantages. The 7600xt isn't a bad shout either.
