Question RX 6800 XT keep crashing, please help :<

Here is my problem, when i play games, such as OW2, New World and Cyberpunk my game freeze for like 5sc, then i have either a "white screen with windows popup telling the app crashed", or a black screen, with an AMD notif that "a driver time out occured".
Those bugs are quite frequent, every 10 to 30min when i start a game.

Here is what i tried/checked:
-Temperature: I monitored my pc with MSI afterburner, the GPU card/junction are quite low (60/70C at max), CPU temp is ok too.
-I tried a complete windows reset with the windows cloud option
-I tried the latest amd adrenaline version, also tried the recommended one and the PRO one. When i used the adrenaline "gamers version" my pc would even shut down instead of just blackscreening. With the pro version it didn't happened anymore. Note that i used DDU in safe mode between each driver change.
-Updated my bios to the latest version.
-Yes windows is updated.

I feel like my issues become more and more frequent, i bought my rig last september and i am quite worried if it can be hardware related...

I really don't know what to try next... Should i totally reset my BIOS option and use W10 ? Is it hardware related ? I have no other GPU to try if it fix my problem.

Try and use the drivers found off of AMD's support site.

As for your build, can you source a higher wattage, reliably built PSU to rule out your PSU being the root of the issue? Source as in, borrow from a friend or neighbor, not buy.

As for your OS where did you source the installer from?

-I have no option to try an other PSU but to buy a new one. I really thought that 750W gold was more than enough for my setup. Do you think 850W or higher would have been better ?

OS is from Microsoft website directly.

I just did a W10 fresh install, a "factory reset" of my BIOS settings and see how it goes...

I feel like i have less issues by undervolting too. But for a brand new GPU it is kinda sad. I bought it last september, i am just gonna call the IT shop where it came from.

Update: Tried to play/let new world running all day long with undervolting my gpu (~10% voltage and frequency decrease).

It was more stable, had one crash, but not one from the driver, but directly the game instead, so I don't really know for this one. And one shutdown.

I called the IT shop so they can test my PSU and GPU, because at this point I am pretty sure that it is hardware related.

This sounds like a power issue, more than anything else at this point.

NZXT C750 GOLD 750W 80+ FULL MODULAR NP-C750M-US

I didn't OCed anything. Don't wanna risk the 5800X3D. Memory and gpu also have factory settings.

Just tried to undervolt a little the gpu to look for some improvement. Got a little improvement (got a shutdown after playing new world 3h instead of 30min).

Games are running fine beside that. I've just noticed little freeze, like, frame drop to low 1% for half a second. I heard that it can come from ftpm setting in the bios. Or is it an other clue for a psu issue?

This could very much be related to the PSU, thus undervolting the GPU makes the issue almost to go away. Or something with the GPU itself.

Easier thing to try is the PSU, if you could borrow a quality working unit with enough wattage, like say a Corsair RM850x.

Update: I went to the IT shop last Friday, spent the day there and nothing happened, not even a single black screen. With stress/burning test running all day.

So i took my weekend to think about it and run some test. I found the problem and now it is fixed. It came from the Freesync of my monitor. (Xiaomi 34" UW)

I've never thought that Freesync was actually able to shutdown/reboot my pc but it did. Since i disabled it directly on my monitor, i was able to play 2 days straight without any problem.

I am unfortunately not smart enough to explain why the Freesync did that, but i am happy being able to enjoyed my computer again!

Gratz, thats some strange stuff.... I once had a PC that didn't boot if the keyboard was plugged. Changed the keyboard and the PC never had a problem again.
