I dont know which one to get. The msi is 165 euros more expensive than the red devil but has a higher base clock speed. I like the look of the red devil more though. Some people say that the red devil has high temps and a lot of coil whine while others say that its silent. Dont really know which one to pick. What would you suggest and why?

Addressing the coil whine claims: the amount of coil whine you get is dependent on your power supply. The noisier its output, the more coil whine you get. A clean input signal from the mains also helps the PSU produce a cleaner output. Some cards may be more sensitive to this than others, but a good PSU should be able to filter almost all unwanted frequencies out.

It's also dependant on the input filtering on the GPU itself and is very much a 'roll of the dice'. You can have great components all the way through and still get coil whine.
Also note that coil whine, in and of itself, is not an indication that something is wrong with the component.
