Rx460 not working

Bought a brand new 460 was working great bought on Dec 20th all of a sudden in the middle of a csgo game everything went black and shut off instantly since then all I have been getting is a weird noise from the fanhttp://
Pc specs:
A10 6600k
16gb ddr3
500gb and 1tb seagate hard drive
Win 10
Gigabyte rx460 4gb gddr5
Ps it's the whooshing noise in the video coming from fan

^ I suspect that the PSU is the culprit. Is that the sound from your PSU or GPU? I asked since there is a crackling in the background as well. You may want to isolate the sound of the crackling and if it's from the VRM on the GPU, if so then it's due for an RMA.

PS: On board graphics are working fine with the psu I am unsure why it has not been able to power the graphics card on the PCIE Slot though
