Just popped in the MSI 8gb gaming x series rx 480.
I turned on MSI after burner, and at rest (in windows doing nothing)
My GPU clock sits at 300 mhz
my mem clock on the gpu sits at the same.
I opened up MWO to play, and yeah the GPU core clock boosted up to the 1303 where it should be, however the memory clock went no where NEAR 8000... in fact on afterburner the max you can set it to even if you over clock is under 3000....
The speedo on that program reads the max it could ever go is under 7000!
Am I missing something here?
-side note, when does this card go into (oc mode)? have not had it do it yet.
