Sorry if the title is vague, I didn't know how else to put it. My PC recently started blue screening (3 times in the last couple days) So I tried to update my drivers because I thought maybe that would help. When I tried to update my drivers I first ran into error 186, I ran the auto detecting program and tried to install the drivers the program listed. Upon attempting to download, I was met with error 1604. I ran the amd cleanup program and after restarting I tried to install the drivers again but the same thing happened and I got eror 1604. I ran the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter as suggested in this article (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-kb1604) and had no luck (I actually found I was missing AMD DVR64, I don't know what that is) I've pretty much ran out of ideas on what to do at this point, so any help is appreciated.

A few extra bits of info: I previously tried to flash my GPU with a mining BIOS and it bricked the GPU, I was able to recover it by flashing a BIOS I found on the internet (I still have the file if it might help) that was supposed to be stock, but I would later run into minor artifacting here and there. Maybe this is the source of all my problems? I found this BIOS (https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/196866/196866) but I'm wary of trying it as it's unverified. My card looks exactly like it and has Hynix memory.

My computer was pre-built (https://www.amazon.com/Dell-i5675-A933BLU-PUS-Inspiron-Processor-Graphics/dp/B071ZZF7FY) and I bought insurance for it through amazon. Am I better off just filing a claim at this point?

Thanks for any and all help.

You should've backed up the the original BIOS from the card before flashing it with a mining one.

Have you tried uninstalling the GPU drivers with DDU from safe mode?... if you didn't, try that and reinstall after.
