Question RX570 suddenly black screen , Loud fan super fast spinning ,

Pc specs : Athlon 5350
psu : hyper k 500watts 80plus
ram : 4gb kingston
mobo: gigabyte AM1M S2P
GPU : gigabyte 4gb rx570


my pc suddenly Black Screen then Loud Fan , and fans super fast spinning , after few seconds its like its Restarting then Loud fast spinning fan again then after 30sec to 1min the fan Back to normal , but still no display ....
If i removed the GPU and use integrated graphic of athlon 5350 , its working fine


i already tried
:clear bios
:change Psu
lug the GPU to other builds , still black screen
:downgrade the GPU drivers
:update the drivers to latest
still goes to black screen after few minutes , sometimes seconds

Your GPU is dead, same thing happened to me but with a different card years back.

can it be fixed by technicians ? because i dont have money to buy new one that can play pub g
