[SOLVED] rx580 8gb msi performance issues

can someone help me. im getting 40 to 50 fps on my rx580 8gb and im so angry. when i upgraded i never deleted any of the drivers from my previous 480. But i did uninstall radeon software. and i installed all the drivers for the 580.

16gb ram
b350m gaming pro motherboard
1tb hdd

What resolution and settings are you playing at?
What game is it in particular you are seeing a problem?
Ideally one would clear all previous drivers using DDU and then reinstall latest.
Have you monitored CPU and GPU temps under load?
Have you monitored CPU, GPU, RAM and DISK % usage under load when you encountering the frame drops?

I have cleared everything with ddu
gpu temp around 60 to 70

I've used this past month an ASUS RX 580 and two Sapphire Nitro RX 590s.

Here's one representative example of the many dozens of forum complaints I have read these past few weeks.

In my view the 500 series is extremely glitchy. I finally got a card that stands up to a tough benchmark (before this one I always crashed on Unigine Superposition) but now when I use sleep mode it boots into a one color screen. Blue. Purple. Green. Yellow, you never know what you'll get.

I did recently read that the Win 10 fast boot mode may cause problems so I'm going to try unclicking that. Here's the link. I'm very willing to believe this is a Win 10 problem, I just don't know what to do about it.

edit: I turned off the fast boot and powered down, restarted, and checked the power menu to see if fast boot had indeed been turned off (it had). Then I tried going into sleep mode and repowering. No difference, got a solid green screen. It's kind of sad I see all these forums where people are trying every known and unknown technical configuration and adjustment to settings, but the cards continue to glitch. I have to think it's an OEM issue. GN

Unfortunately we are all just volunteers, so I can't stay by the computer all the time. Just trying to help.
What about the other questions:

Have you monitored CPU and GPU temps under load?
Have you monitored CPU, GPU, RAM and DISK % usage under load when you encountering the frame drops?

Monitor each of these during the frame drops you are encountering using MSI Afterburner or HWInfo with an overlay (for example).
