rx580 crash randomly - black screen

my rx580 crashes randomly every day , even when im not playing just using the pc for a normal use , the screen goes black pc still running but gpu is off and i cannot shout down the pc until i turn of the psu .
i got this problem few times before but like once in a month or something but now everyday ... i got my rig about a year ago now , please help ...

system :

cpu : amd ryzen 1600 / no oc
gpu : amd asus rx580 o8gb / no oc
MB : asus b350-f
rams : G.skill flare x at 2400hz / oc,ed to 3200
psu : evga supernova 650 G3
monitor : asus vg248qe
system : w10
1TSSHD
120SSD for the system


what i have tried :
ram test , works completely fine.
all drivers up to date - bios , gpu , win
non overcloced the ram , didnt work
gpu power limit to 50+ in amd wattman , didnt work
plugging all cables off and putting them back , didnt work
my temps are completely safe and idle cpu never pass 45 or 50 and gpu never passed 60 even ram temps are safe.

Download hwinfo64, run it and try to find vrm temps (tick sensor mode, not summary and start)
Or windows is installing its own drivers which does make my gtx 470 to artifact once i return to desktop, but stable in games, furmark and OCCT.

vram temps are safe and idle also , and i did a ram test all works fine.

Safe and Idle doesnt say anything to me. Under load tells me everything.
