Question RX580 CSGO low fps

So i changed my graphics card to rx 580 and when i play csgo i get like 30-60 fps with stutters . With my old gpu i got 150-200 fps

That FX 6300 ...can't handle the RX580...too weak.

You are likely suffering from old or botched driver remnant syndrome...; it would make no sense that upgrading to a good GPU (equal/slightly better than a GTX1060) would ever result in an ~70- 80% frame rate reduction otherwise... (yes, your CPU will not deliver framerates of other newer processors, but, if it could deliver 150 fps with a weaker GPU, then it should at least do so with a better GPU)

Many can fully reinstall Windows, fresh chipset/GPU drivers, and games in question from scratch quicker than it might take to stumble on to the magic corrective action among the myriad of 12-15 attempted steps in correcting your issue without doing so....
