Question rx580 no display and fans start after 20 sec to 30 sec

i have xfx rx580 8GB i try to run it on board machinist b75 lga1155 but most of time it gives no display and fans do not start immediately, they take 20sec-30sec to start spinning and sometimes start at full speed, i keep rebooting pc for 15 times or more until it works and when it work it boot showing the old windows corporation logo but after it works just fine in games and stuff, my bios is quite old lga1155 b75 I can't update it because the brand doesn't provide bios in web

note : my old gtx960 work just fine with 6 pin

board : machinist b75 lga1155
cpu : i5 3470
psu : iwongou 500w

i try everything to fix it amd going crazy in past week, please if you can help i will be really thankfull

Did you update your GPU drivers to reflect the GPU change you made? If you did you might need to DDU the drivers in safe mode and reinstall fresh rx580 drivers. If that doesn't work the only other thing that comes to mind is your PSU being too weak to support the new card. the RX 580 requires 185 watts vs the gtx 960 needing 120.

i run it in safe mode and run ddu to remove all old drivers and install fresh drivers but nothing work, if its power supply problem, why its work sometimes and keep working just fine in gaming mode, really confusing

What RAM are you using? Try to reseat the ram, or use 1 stick and see if you still get problems.

this gpu need at least a 550 watts for power and you also need power for system so get a better psu .

i user nobranded ddr3 ram i try to reseat them and try with only one and i try other ram of my fiend but it didnt work

Exactly what I was thinking. Considering it is probably an old PSU of a brand I have never heard of, the actual power output might be hampered or degraded.
