[SOLVED] RX580 No Signal

I was using my friends extra gtx 1060 gpu until my new card came in. The 1060 worked great no issues. I bought the radeon rx580 and when I installed it I didn't receive a signal to my monitor. I also noticed that my keyboard and mouse weren't coming on either. If I take the rx580 out everything works fine and when I use the 1060 it still works fine. Can anyone tell me why my rx580 won't work?

Hello!

Just try a clearcmos, unplug the OS SSD or HDD and retry with DVI cable.

You should be able to access the bios.

In bios settings, choose UEFI mode only (and not uefi/legacy) and disable integrated graphics. On some motherboard you have to disable the options W10 WHQL drivers too.

You should now have a signal with HDMI.

Don't hesitate if you have any questions and sorry for my poor english level! :)

Yes the card fans come on as well, and the monitor acknowledges there's an hdmi cable hooked up and tries to scan for a signal but continues to say no signal. The keyboard and mouse also don't receive a signal at this point either.

I'm fairly confident the PSU is more than enough to handle everything. The GTX 1060 was working well with the 600 watt psu. I've tried adjusting the BIOS graphics options and no luck either

Windows 10
Intel DH67BL MoBo
I5-2400 Cpu
ASUS Radeon RX 580 gpu (OC 8GB)
8GB of Ram
EVGA 600 watt psu

I don't think the PSU is the problem. Like I said the other graphics card was working just fine and still does. But this gpu causes me to not get signal to my monitor keyboard and mouse. But the computer acknowledges there's a card installed and an hdmi plugged in just won't get a signal.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from benhaz44 : "Rx570 will not work in my pc?!"

Hi all I’m using
Windows 10
Intel DH67BL MoBo (latest bios version I believe)
I5-2400
8gb of ram
EVGA 600 watt psu

My gpu is a Radeon rx570. I’ve tested the card in another system and it worked fine. When I try it in my system the monitor says no signal and my keyboard and mouse don’t work either. I’ve tried starting up with 1 stick of ram in a different slot each time. I’ve reset the bios to default. And still nothing. My friend let me use his gtx 1060 and it works fine on my system. Any ideas on why the 570 refuses to work in my system?!?
