Question rx580 wattman crash

i got a xfx rx580 4gb oc +
-cooler master mwe 550w 80+ bronze PSU
-x470 MSI gaming plus
-ryzen 7 1700 stock speed and cooler
-only 1 4GB Ballistix sport 2666Hz stick because for some reason the other one doesn't work
-128gb SSD
My Problem is:-
I tried to use gpu intensive applications but the monitor just freezes and pixels turn purple and green then the monitor resets and gpu.
I get a notification saying "Default Radeon wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure".
I use an HDMI cable that was with the monitor.
I didn't do any overclocking even XMP.

hello, we have similar gpu but mine is red dragon 8gb. i just undeevolt it with wattman (version 19, i had ver 20 but i find ver 19 is more stable in my case) so open your wattman from radeon settings under game tab, navigate to gpu and change stage 7 value to 1050 (you may decrease it by 30 at a time and run Benchmark to test it out, i got bsod when i put 1000, don't panic just restart your pc and wattman will get your settings back to default value, 1050 is stable for my gpu)
