I prefer the 580 over the 1650 super because of the 8GB of VRAM on the 580 compared to the 4GB VRAM on the 1650 super.

Depend on what resolution you're playing. What monitor you have and what target FPS you're trying to get.

Well I have a 19 inch sceptre but when I first got this gpu it got 500 FPS in games.

I really doubt you had 500 fps in a game with a 580. Maybe if you were playing your game in 320x200 resolution or if you were playing a 2D sprites game but the 580 does not give you 500 fps in any modern game.

A 1650 SUPER only offers roughly similar performance to an RX 580 in most games, so that would not be a worthwhile upgrade at all. And a 1650 (non-SUPER) is slower than even an RX 570.

Do you happen to know the resolution of your monitor, or the model number? I imagine it's probably 1080p or lower at that size though, which an RX 580 should hand pretty well.

What games are you getting poor performance in? And what do you consider to be poor performance?

Also, what are the rest of your computer's specs? It could potentially be another piece of hardware hurting performance.

Turns out it was amd new driver 2020 adrenaline. I just bought a MSI GTX 1660 and later i will get the Ti model. ANd i was playing fortnite on low settings to get 500 fps. Thanks everyody who helped.
