Ryzen 1300x overclock 4.0 ghz

So as the title says i have overclocked my Ryzen 1300x to 4.0 Ghz at 1.4 v. My temps after 1 hour of prime 95 is 74 C. I'm wondering is it safe to have such a high voltage? Its only at full load and when Im gaming its at 1.4 volts at idle and normal use its at 1.35v.
I am extreamly new to overcklocking and i appreciate any help i can get.

1.4V is still in the safe range, 1.45 is absolute max. 74 is good temp too, but I will try to reduce voltage but maintain 4G if possible. It is all about if you are comfortable. To me, should be fine.

Thanks for the insanely fast answer and i will try to reduce it down to something like 1.38v and see if that works
