Ryzen 1600 B450 Tomahawk won't post

Hey guys, Today I turn on my pc and boot normally like usual to windows, but after few seconds it seems it crashes because the keyboard and mouse didn't respond (never happened before), so I decided to press the reset button and then it happened, my pc won't post, constant red cpu light on the motherboard. Tried several attempt.
1. unplug 1 ram, no avail
2. Reseat mobo battery and wait for 5 minutes, no avail

Can someone explain to me what happened here?

Ssd: samsung evo 860 250gb

Hdd 2: wdc blue 256gb

OS: Windows 10
