I am currently looking for a decently priced Ryzen 1600 build (as I need the CPU for streaming) and was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

What I'm thinking:
-Ryzen 1600
-GTX 1060 6GB
-16GB DDR4 RAM
-B350 Tomahawk
-H100i Cooling

Thank God I asked abt the psu. The vs550 is trash. Go for cx550 2017 model from corsair.

Generally, the water cooling kits start at the price range of high end air cooling and air coolers perform better than those cheap liquid coolers. Only the high end aio coolers like the kraken, Celsius, a40 perform better and are worth considering.

For the 1600? The stock or the Scythe Mugen 5 like I suggested is more than enough 😉

I wasn't planning on getting the h100i until a fair bit into the build just to get that bit extra power out of it.

I am with wildcard here. The stock cooler is fine for a moderate 3.8ghz overclock. If you are lucky, even 3.9 the only flip side is the stock cooler will run a bit noisy at that overclock. So if you want to reduce the noise, Scythe Mugen 5 is an excellent cooler. I would suggest the crucial mx300 ssd. If you have a bit more to spend, get the mydigitalssd bpx ssd.

Dunno y most ppl forget to mention their psu. It's a critical component. New builders usually mistake pairing a $1000 build with a cheap 30 buck psu which is a big no no. So tell us ur psu make and model.

The PSU is just a basic Corsair VS 550W

(So Air cooling is definitely better than water cooling?)
