all intel CPUs can hit 4.5Ghz ( +0.5 / 0.7Ghz OC ) easy with a maximum of 1.28v.
i have a ryzen 1600 and i OC it to 3.825Ghz with 'Auto' voltage ( 1.3v max ) but, isn't that too much compared to intel ?
i mean am planning to keep my ryzen for 4-5 years at least, but i have a doubt since that voltage is higher than intel.
i know my question don't have an exact answer because ryzen is still new, but can it run safe at that voltage, and i get 3.9Ghz at 1.325v also safe for the next 4 years ?

Solution
AMD recommends 1.35v, but a max safe voltage of 1.45v. Going over 1.45 could shorten the lifespan of your CPU. 1.3 - 1.35 is fine.
I could only manage 3.7ghz without going over 1.35v on my 1600 with ram maxing at 2800(3200xmp), so you got a half decent chip.

my ram is 3000Mhz, xmp1: 2666 and xmp2: 2800. so i manually OC it to 3200 with 1.360v.
but this is have to do with the CPU oc ?
