I want to update to ryzen platform, but i am not sure if its better to go with the 2400g, or use my existing GPU (GTX650, 2GB) with Ryzen 1600 or 1600x. Later i want to update the gpu anyway ( im on a budget now). I will use 2x8 Gb of G.Skill ram (3000MHz) and MSI B350 Mortar mobo, other components come from my old PC. Thanks for answers in advance :)

if you intend to upgrade the gpu, i would say get the 1600, it's a more powerful cpu, and has better oc potential and better temperatures.
no need to get 1600x, as you have to pay extra for a cooler. and it's more expensive.
i think gtx 650 is still okay as a entry level card.
