So since I had the 2600 I overclocked it to 4ghz at I presumed 1.32v. Using a b450 aorus elite, put the offset around +0.210v. For a while I thought there was nothing wrong as CPU-Z reported around 1.32v.
After a while I tried out Ryzen Master, only to find out the cpu voltage was 1.1375v, so what I tried was that I put all the cores at 4.1ghz, put the Ryzen Master voltage to 1.325, and tested. But after that both CPU-Z reported 1.5v and so did HWMonitor, while HWinfo64 and Ryzen Master reported around 1.325v, so I'm wondering which one is the actual voltage, and if so, is it safe for long term use?
