Ryzen 2600x 4.7 GHz Spike

As the title says,i`m curious wtf is going on
Normally,i keep the CPU locked at a 4.1 Ghz OC (i found its better to keep it this way since i`m on a b350 and turbo is around at 4 Ghz in games ) and as of late i started monitoring the CPU with 3 different softwares
All of them,HwMonitor,CPU-z and 1 more showed a max value of 4.7 Ghz,even tho i locked it at 4.1

Is this a sensor error or i won the golden cpu lottery?(99% of the time CPU is indeed at 4.1Ghz,i`m just curious what causes this spikes (they happen 1-5 minutes after i open the monitoring software

Either you are extremely lucky or wrong reading. What about Ryzen Master ?

Gigabyte motherboard?

I suspect its just bad reading. I had it before on my old sandybridge cpu would show up in windows at 5.7ghz when i had a gigabyte mobo.

msi mobo,b350 tomahawk to be precise.
Ryzen Master shows the same values

Run some benchmark like CineBench 15 and if you get over 2000 you'll know it's true.
