Hi i have
Ryzen 7 2700x
Cooler Master ML240I AIO x 2 Cooler Master fans for cooling radiator
x 5 Deepcool RF 120M case fans
ROG STRIX B450-F
Corsair 2x8gb 3200mhz ram
PowerColor RX 5700 XT
EVGA 600w 80 Plus PSU
Xigmatek Refract S1 Black Mid Tower case
Yesterday i swapped out my stock cpu cooler for a Cooler Master ML240I Aio because my idle temps were between 45c-55c i was having 10c spikes i found out is kinda normal,
after installing my idle temps went down to 28c-38c i thought that was brilliant! but this morning i turned my pc on and they have went back up to 40c-50c
any idea's to get my temps down would be appreciated that does not involve power saving mode, i have also enabled 3200mhz ram in the bios. Also any idea how to calm my fans down for when they ramp up for the 10c change, i have added a delay kinda helped, and also tried curves but idle temps went higher.
