Question Ryzen 2700x idle 42-48 Good?

Hello, i recently bought a H100i Platnium and a new Nzxt H700 case.
I have an Ryzen 2700x that is overclocked too 4.2ghz on 1.4V.
The radiator fans is on balanced (2000rpm)
I have 3 LL120 in the front as intake, the radiator at the top as outtake with 2 ML120 Pro Rgb, and 1 LL120 at the back as outtake.
Is that a normal idle temp for this Cpu with this overclock?
I remembered i accidentally touched the Pre-applied thremal paste 2 or 3 times, should i maybe re-apply thermal paste? or should i just leave it like this?

Specs: Asus B450-E Gaming
16GB Corsair Vengance rgb 3200mhz (overcloked too 3400mhz)
Asus rtx 2070
Corsair H100i Rgb Platnium
Samsung 970 EVO plus 250gb
2TB firecuda
Commander pro and Rgb Hub.

100% load all cores at 4.2 mhz it reached max 73C on cinabench, i guess thats good right?
