Ryzen 2700x voltage , frequency question, single core jumping to 4.5ghz+

How accurate is CPUID HWMonitor ? I have an asrock b350 k4 and it's showing the cpu jumped to 1.5v 4.5ghz , core #5 shows 4.6ghz boost now

It's okay but has been known to be off as far as AMD CPUs are concerned. You'd be better off using Ryzen Master as I recall having been told. If you've got the most recent version, you might not be too far off. But, from what else I've seen, you could and should use HWInfo and not the monitor.
