Question Ryzen 3 1200 Only 1 core working

So problem is basic.I have more than 1 core but when i look benchmarks and something only 1 core works at above %50 and the others are working on %1 or %2.Is that normal ? Im getting lover fps than i should.There is a huge fps (20-30) loss.Here is my system :
sapphire Rx 560 2 gb pulse
8gb 2666 mhz ram (1 slot, not 4+4)
Ryzen 3 1200 (without oc)

I wanna ask another question. Is there any cons to activate all cores ? Why and how.

What benchmark? Try running cinebench R15 and let me know the score. If you are only running on one core you will see only one block rendering at a time, it will take a long time, and score will be very low.
