Which would be the best for me (with a 1050TI)? I don't want to overclock and i never will.

If i only use their standard powers, without overclocking anything, which one should i get?

Also, i wont be upgrading those processors for many years, maybe even 7 years, so by the time i will have to buy a new motherboard for the new processors.

R3 is 65w, i3 is 54w. The Intel is cooler naturally. But. There's a gimmick to that. The R3 is a quad core +HT and the i3 is dual core +HT, so running anything using 2 threads or less will mean the Intel runs at a slightly cooler rate. Running anything 3 threads and up means the R3 runs cooler as the Intel cpu usage skyrockets, as it's now into the HT threads. Honestly, the differences are only a few °C at that level, but there's a further gimmick to that too. The stock cooler on the amd Ryzen cpus is far superior to that of the Intel. The Ryzen cooler can handle full cpu usage + some OC and still stay within limits, the Intel cooler is designed for normal operations, basically meaning cpu usage of 50% or less for extended periods...

Thank you, how about the temperature of the ryzen 3? i live in the middle of the desert, its very hot. The stock cooler is good?

Anything that pushes close to 100% cpu usage for any length of time is considered extreme usage and beyond Intel cooler capabilities.

Add it all up and the Ryzen general performance far exceeds any specific performance gains from Intel.

R3 does not have HT, it's 4 cores/ 4 threads
i3 7100 is 2 cores / 4 threads
i3 8100 is 4 cores / 4 threads

AMD coolers are better, and yes you can overclock with it. Intel coolers can handle any loads at stock speeds, they just get a bit hot at 100% - but they still work perfectly fine. The OP says without overclocking. Without overclocking the i3 8100 will win at everything compared to the ryzen 3 1200

There are no gimmicks, the CPUs have their strengths and weaknesses but in the end i3 8100 > Ryzen 3 1200 > i3 7100 That's just the simple truth.
The Ryzen will be close enough to the 8100 to keep up anyway, but it is slower across the board unless/until you overclock it. Still not a bad choice and available right now.
