Question ryzen 3 2200g 3.7ghz boost?

okay so i’m a bit confused it says that it is 3.5ghz but can be turbo to 3.7ghz maximum is there a tutorial how do i make it 3.7ghz and is it considered overclocking?

when the conditions are right and only when the conditions are right will the system close down unused cores and increase the speed on the others. this happens automatically depending on the workload. this is boost.
Think of it like passing on the highway, for a brief time you exceed the speed limit, do the work (pass the slowpoke) and slow down again to the speed limit.
forcing the CPU to stay at that speed across all cores all the time is considered an overclock.

Yes, anything that is made the run beyond it's factory spec'd frequency is an overclock.
