Ryzen 3 2200g blackscreen, fans spin stop and start again

Hi, just built a pc today which worked perfectly untill I flashed the motherboard to support the new chip 2200g, motherboard is AsRock AB350 pro 4.
On push of the button, no display fans spin and then stop then start spinning again, absolutely clueless. Please help!

Can you be more specific? What exactly did you do, step by step, and what parts did you use to do it? I assume you had another AM4 CPU to flash the bios.

I used a 1300X to flash the motherboard (AsRock AB350 PRO4) After finishing the flash, the system powered down and I installed my 2200g since then, the system hasn't launched. There is no display, the fans spin briefly about 30 seconds, then turn off and turn back on again.. etc This cycle continues until I power off the system manually by holding the power button down.

ASRock AB350 PRO4
Corsair Vs450
1tb Seagate HDD
250gb Kingston SSD
